Next session 4th July 2009, then 1st August. I'll post further dates when we fix a regular pattern of meetings (coming soon), though we have been meeting roughly twice per month since May.
There's a fairly large selection of games on offer, or bring your own. We are currently open from 6pm to around midnight (we are looking at afternoon sessions but currently evenings are most popular). Small charge to cover room hire, £3 per person. Free tea and coffee available, and there are shops and supermarket within walking distance. Takeaways often ordered or bring food and drink. Where?: The newly-built Ouseburn Community Centre [NE6 5NY] at the bottom of Mowbray St in Heaton, Newcastle - (Mowbray St is off Heaton Park Rd). Buzz to enter. Google maps/streetview: http://tinyurl.com/cu28q5 Getting there - it's on the number 1 bus route (bus stop at bottom of Warwick St), or it's fairly close to Chillingham Rd or Byker metro stations and the buses which go to Shields Rd (get off at Morrisons).
